Beaufort County Public Library Who Are They? Beaufort County Public Library located in Beaufort, South Carolina also serves the Bluffton and Hilton Head areas. The organization serves Beaufort County giving access to the public to all types of media including books, magazines, etc. Projects Locke Design was selected from several design firms to create the identity for the Beaufort County Library after the organization received a grant from the Federal Government. After meeting with the library committee and staff, our firm created the logo and stationery system for the government agency.
