Locke Design’s largest event was our 2004 Home Tour held December 11. All proceeds from this event benefited Hospice of the Upstate while showcasing six homes to the community dressed up for the Holiday Season!

The centerpiece of the event was 906 Reed Road with its recently renovated living area and master bedroom. The home of our Greenville Community Liaison, in Anderson, Patsy Hendrix, showcased an eclectic home filled with antiques and flee market treasures that is home to a family of four. The apartment of David Locke was on display and the new office of Locke Design was available for viewing, showing guests a modern interpretation of Christmas décor. Guests were treated to the home of the Locke Design’s Customer Service Representative’s daughter, Cindy Boyer, which featured a bold color palette. The home of chef, Eric Batten was on tour from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM where guests were able to sample his unique culinary style.

Visitors saw how different residents in the Upstate from single to retired and in-between live in homes that speak of their personalities. Floral designs by Dianne Peeler of Chez Julie's added Christmas cheer to the event, which was photographed by South Carolina Home and Gardens Magazine.
