Locke Design sponsored Designer ShowHome 2006 featuring elite designers of the Upstate from Anderson and Greenville. Designers including Locke Design, Kolbe Design, Chapman Design Group, Bogari, The Feathered Nest and Catherine Hayes Art and Sculpture that each designed a room in the luxury home.

The ShowHome was constructed in The Gardens, a gated community in Brookstone Meadows by Atkinson Construction. Many Upstate leading businesses participated through donations in the home. All proceeds from the event benefited United Way of Anderson County. Designer ShowHome 2006 sought to educate and enrich the Upstate community on the need for designers and applied design. The event kicked off with a Gala Reception and sneak preview on April 27th, 2006. The home was open to the public from Friday, April 28th through Sunday, May 7 th , 2006.
