Q: Can you come and simply walk through my home and tell me what I should do?
A: Certainly, Locke Design can do as much or a little as you would like. This might include helping you select paint color or might be as complex as knocking down walls and hiring a contractor.

Q: What if I don't like something you show me?
A: If you don't like something, please tell us! Locke Design never wants a client to feel forced. We are here to make your choices stress free, fun and designed with your style in mind.

Q: How does Locke Design show me items I have asked to be selected?
A: Materials, including granite, fabric and paint are presented in the form of samples of the actual material. Photographs are presented first to the client for approval on many accessories, furnishings and artwork. If the client wishes to see the presented items in person, arrangements are made with our suppliers for them to view the pieces. We always make certain our clients are happy with the selections before we proceed with ordering. Our clients are under no obligation to purchase items we select or suggest for their job.

Q: When Locke Design completes my logo design what is offered in the design package?
A: The logo package includes a printout of your logo with specified fonts for your corporate identity as well as color usage. A disk is also provided to the client containing a myriad of different file formats of the logo. Unlimited usage is granted to the client for their logo and Locke Design is always there to help, should the logo need to be manipulated or to assist with printing. Three logos will be designed for your consideration.

Q: Does Locke Design handle the printing of my job?
A: Making certain colors are correct, logos printed properly, pages are cut correctly and a host of other more technical concerns can be a bit much for most clients to handle. Locke Design takes all the stress away from any printing job. We worry about how the job needs to look and make certain you get the job on time. If the clients wish to print the job themselves they may. However, Locke Design is not responsible for the workmanship of printers that are not our subcontractors. This is not recommended as many printers are not accustomed to dealing with large complex jobs. Time with these printers is billed on a hourly basis.
