A brand is defined by a logo, typeface system, color and theme. An identity sets the tone for the company and helps consumers form an overall impression of the business. Q: When Locke Design completes my logo design what is offered in the design package? A: The logo package includes a corporate identity manual with specified fonts for your corporate identity as well as color usage. A disc is also provided to the client containing a variety of different file formats of the logo. Unlimited usage is granted to the client for their logo and Locke Design is always there to help, should the logo need to be manipulated or to assist with printing. Three logos will be designed for your consideration. Q: What if I don't like something you show me? A: If you don't like something, please tell us! Locke Design never wants a client to feel forced. We are here to make your choices stress free, fun and designed with your style in mind. Q: Does Locke Design handle the printing of my job? A: Making certain all colors are correct, logos are printed properly, pages are cut correctly and a host of other more technical concerns can be a bit much for most clients to handle. Locke Design takes all the stress away from any printing job. We worry about how the job needs to look and make certain you get the job on time. Q: How does Locke Design invoice my company for work? A: A deposit must be received with a contract before any work begins. Half the estimated amount is due before websites can be created. Jobs are billed in stages with estimates authorized by the client before work begins. Most jobs are billed at a flat fee so that our clients have an estimate of cost before work commences. Invoices are sent in stages as work is completed. Q: Can Locke Design work within my budget? A: At our firm we believe in creating work that meets our clients needs most of all and design that is affordable. From websites to logos, clients are always presented with estimates before work begins. Also, campaigns can be created in stages to meet budgetary needs. Q: What if I don’t know how to market my business or have a marketing plan? A: Locke Design specializes in listening to our clients’ needs and then counseling them and developing strategies to help get them where they want to go. We are not just a design firm. All sites are created with search engine crawlers in mind. Your text and meta-tags are created to give you the highest rating possible. Flash pages are also created with embedded text for crawlers. In addition should you host with our provider, your site will be accompanied by a host of tools to inform you of statistics regarding your site.
